On the eve of September 4th meeting, Lajcak from the EU makes a significant promise to Vuciqi

The European Union's special envoy (BE) for Kosovo-Serbia dialogue, Miroslav Lajcak, has met today with Serbia's president, Aleksandar Vucicin. “A container and useful meeting with the president of Serbia for actuality. I expressed the European Union's readiness to make dialogue” more dynamic, Lajcak wrote, continues Periscopi.
This meeting and these interesting comments from Mr. Lajcak has been held on the eve of the September 4th meeting in Washington in a parallel dialogue process led by the US.
The European Union has been accused of criticism and politicians precisely for lack of dynamism in this important process for both countries. And it seems that the portion of readiness for “a more dynamic” dialogue has come as a promise to the president of the Republic of Serbia.
At the last meeting in Brussels amid dialogue co-ordinator Skender Hysen and Serbian representative Marko Djuric appear to have had not had enough good atmosphere of conversation. Hyseni had accused the Serb side of lack of constructiveity.
