U n EFA explains how it made its decision to eliminate light

A light player before the Linfield match The FC, had proved positive, which was the second tested positive player for COVID-19, and for this, the final match of the Champions League preliminary matches was not held.
According to W EFA-, the case was taken to U. EFA, for a decision to be made in line with “Add I to the 2020/21 UEFA Champions League regulations.
Based on Article 30 (4) of U. EFA, and given the urgent circumstances of the matter, the chairman of the Organization of Control, Ethic and Discipline referred the case to the Apel Organisation.

U appeals body chairman EFA made the following decision today: “Declares round foreplay of U League of Scorpions EFA 2020/21 between KF Light and Linfield The FC, which was meant to be played on 11 August 2020, as lost by the KF Light, which is therefore considered lost by 3-0 in line with “extension I, point 2.1 of the U Champions League Rules League EFA ( 2020/21)”, says the announcement.

Point 2.1 writes that if one or more players or club officials turn up positive for COVID-19 on tests requested by the U. EFA, the match will take place as scheduled, unless the authority of one or both clubs involved or where the match will take place (in a neutral country), requires that a large group of players or the entire team be quarantined, as happened to Light in Switzerland.
