Milo Djukanovic will be in opposition as the three opposition groups have joined to take power. Pro-Serbian parties have also received the backing of Albanian party Dritan Abazovic.

At a meeting held today among coalition leaders “for Montenegro's future”, “Peace is our nation” and our “black on white”, Zdravko Krivokkapiq, Alexa Beciq and Dritan Abazovic, according to the Line, leaders have quickly agreed to some principles on which the next government will be based.
The first principle agreed on is that the new, democratic government will responsibly implement all international obligations. Second, that the new democratic government will implement all necessary reforms so that Montenegro can join the European Union as soon as possible.
Third, that the new government will be a democratic one, composed of personnel who are experts in specific areas, regardless of their political, religious, national or other characteristics.
Fourth, the new government will be fully engaged in respecting the Constitution and implementing the law, with changes in all the laws and actions of discrimination, including the Law on Freedom of Religion, “states in the declaration.
