The accident has been fatal for the young man who could not survive the sustained injuries, despite being immediately transported to the hospital by helicopter. Lulic was part of the Croatian national U-17.
The boy had recently participated in a winter camp invited by the Croatian federation. The latter has conveyed a message of comfort to the death of the 16-year-old.
