Barcelona's presidential candidate, Jordy Farre, has announced that this morning he has submitted the no-confidence motion against the club's current president, Josep Maria Bartholomew, and the board of directors.
Farre's decision comes a day after Lionel Messi sought to leave Barcelona activating a clause in his contract, which allows him to leave as a free player.
All Barcelona members have the right to sign the motion against Bartholomew, which will be prosecuted if you get enough signatures.
Bartholomew will be forced to leave the presidential post, if 66 percent of the club members vote against him.
“Sic said yesterday, I just submitted the no-confidence motion against Josep Maria Bartholomew and the entire board of directors, they couldn't even be in charge of the club for a minute, Farre wrote on Twitter.
The time has come for facts, not words”, he added.
