Challandas says with pessimism: It's hard to find a proper team for Moldova and Greece

At this conference, contracts were signed for continuing co-operation between the Kosovo Football Federation and sector Bernard Schaland.

Slector Bernand Challandes said the team is new and on the long road ahead, much work and patience are needed to reach even higher levels.

He also stopped at matches with Greece, which will be played in Pristina and with Moldova.

The “I had thought about the September gathering, and I had thought this part of it as a good time that will also serve us to prepare us for the October match against Macedonia, yet this is already impossible with all the ideas I've already had on my head that I can't implement because I have to think about a team against Moldova in Italy and maybe for a completely another team for the match against Greece that will take place in Pristina on September 6th. It is not easy to have a team composed for the next two matches, whether against Greece or Moldova, so it will be a difficult time to find an ideal and proper mix of dealing with Moldova and Greece that are held this week“, he said.

He added that the pandemic has greatly made team work and the gathering of players difficult.

During this conference, the signing of the contract for continuing co-operation between the Kosovo Football Federation and the sector Bernard Schaland was also announced.

Kosovo Football Federation Chairman Agim Ademi said they are satisfied with the work of Coach Schaland, and the discussion on this contract has been made within minutes.

However, former MacedonianS Director Bernard Schaland has said the most interested thing was to continue co-operation with the Kosovo Football Federation.

For me, I want to say without a doubt that the most important thing is football, maybe I could get more if I could negotiate longer on the contract, but for me it has been important to continue working with the Kosovo Football Federation, to continue working with these football players that I actually have in Kosovo, and that's what interests me most, and where I have my greatest focus of<1>, Schland said.

Schaland has said it does not suspect the success of the Kosovo team, but the Kosovo team must have patience, as it is a new team and must step by step move up to where it wants to.
