Bardhil Mahmut reacts to Ibrahim Kelmendi: The Hague accepts witnesses, manipulates with French agent's picture

Former spokeswoman KLA for Switzerland, Bardhil Mahmut, has reacted to Ibrahim Kelmendi, one of the LPK founders, after he wrote the letter to The Hague through which he said Hashim Thaci was not the political director of The KLA, but French Secret Service puppets. Mahmut in his writing suggests that Kelmendi is trying to be a Special witness, but The Hague won't accept him as such

According to Kelmendi, Thaci in the position of political leader has been recruited by Frenchman Arnaud Danjean “head of the Directorate for the Balkans near French DGSE”. Kelmendi in the letter he sent to The Hague prosecutor about this issue last month, claims that along with Hashim Thaci and Bilal the French agent have met him at a hotel in Germany. Kelmendi has also published a photograph from this meeting saying that they are joined by French agent Arnaud Danjean. It is for this photo that Bardhil Mahmut responded by saying that there is no Arnaud Danjean in that picture.

Recently I was in charge of other jobs and I haven't seen you, Ibrahim Kelmendi, in the quality of “informator”, writing an electronic letter to the Specialised Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Kosovo (ZPS), in which he claims “President Hashim Thaci was not the political leader of The NLA, but French service puppets and it's been commanded by it for what to do”.

To support your claims, you mention the meeting you have had on June 8, 1999, at the Hotel Maritim in Köln (Germany) where, besides you, Hashim Thaci and the postive Bilal Sheriff were also “head of the Directorate for the Balkans near French DGSE, Arnaud Danjean”. According to Internet data, this photo of Arnaud Danjean was taken in 2014, 15 years later than you claim. As you can see, 15 years later, this shows more than the person in your “testimony to you”.

Propaganda vs Hashim Thaci is rooted in Belgrade

In all crucial moments of Kosovo's new history, its leaders have been attacked in the lowest possible way. All the tools to denigrate personalities have been used, and these were key positions.

Thus, during the period of liberation war in Kosovo and shortly after its completion, the Serbian Secret Service prepared and orchestrated an hysterical campaign against Hashim Thaci, Kadri Veselini, Azem Syla, Ramush Haradinaj, Fatmir Limaj, Rexhepi Selimi, Elmi Recica, Adem Grabovci and other KLA carriers.

More than 27,000 pages of material prepared by the Serbian Secret Service in CD form and over 2,000 pages in form were officially distributed by the Yugoslav Ministry of Foreign Affairs and after its breakup by Serbia's Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The main axis around which Serbian propaganda was discussed aimed at Kosovo's liberation war leaders being represented once as terrorists and leaders of a terrorist structure ( The NLA, once a criminal and leader of a criminal structure. In short, in the writings of Serbian Secret Service compilers, KLA political and military leaders were at the same time terrorists and leaders of criminal clans. According to Serbian propaganda they were responsible for the murder of innocent civilians, for the numerous kidnappings, for illegal detentions, for the trafficking of human organs of Serb civilians... they were dealing with drug trafficking, illegal immigration, with arms trade...”

As for this propaganda, NATO's military intervention against Serbia was the most powerful indicator for failing to slander the Serbian Secret Service against KLA leaders.

But, NATO's intervention to disrupt the genocide policy in Kosovo mobilised philosophy, publicists, politicians, sociologists, politicians, politicians and politicians of left and right political orientations, which had common denominators of <x0-Americanism”, to mobilise to Europe's “protection from American imperialism<3>. “Anthimanism”, as an ideological view, led against the dividers who had specific fields and themes, to come out with a common view that Hashim Thaci, Kadri Veseline, Azem Syla, Ramush Haradinaj, Fatmir Selimi, Rex Selimi, Elmi Reçica, Ademi Grabovci and other KLA carrier “are spies of Americans who defeated the intervention of Americans in the <xtexterium of Europe<> creating the conditions for the largest military in Kosovo in Europe. ”

The charges against KLA leaders for “terrorism”, organised “created <xx3> and like the US “spium” went intensified after the end of the war. During the process of determining Kosovo's political status, these charges intensified and their peak reached after Kosovo's declaration of independence.

The peak of this campaign began with Carla del Ponte.

A month and a half after Kosovo's declaration of independence, former International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia General Prosecutor Carla del Ponte published her book “Persecution: Me and war criminals”. As for the aforementioned KLA leaders, in this book Carla Del Ponte is literally absorbed by the charges filed in the “White Book” of the Serbian Secret Service.

From the publication of this book followed the so-called “Dick Marty report to the Council of Europe Report to continue with the Special Investigative Task Force and the vote by Kosovo's Parliament's deputies for the creation of the Special Court for the alleged crimes of the KLA!

It is noteworthy that despite the combined trials against Fatmir Limaj, Ramush Haradinaj, Sami Lushtak, Sylejman Selimi, Rrustem Mustaf and against many freedom fighters, the above-mentioned slander did not lead to Albanian public opinion. On the contrary. Persured of the fact that such slanders and accusations were fabricated by the Serbian Secret Service, court processes against freedom fighters had the effect of the great revolt of the people of Kosovo. This revolt is well expressed in the grand expectation that made all of you free from charges fabricated by the Serbian Secret Service.

All the problems mentioned above have been discussed in detail in the second part of my book (The Great Deception f. 397-560). Interested in the truthfulness of the statements I brought into this short scripture can consult the references it brings to the book.

What prompted me to react by recalling the slanders and accusations filed by the Serbian Secret Service has to do with a hysterical campaign that tries to present Hashim Thaci as France's “spius...” I see fit to react because here we are dealing with a new historical context and a new period of special war against the Kosovo liberation war.

Unlike the initial period when former KLA leaders had a minimum solidarity in the face of impending injustices, despite the dyvergences they had between them in various fields, we now have a situation where dyvergences are at risk of becoming hostile “within the” type.

It does not belong to me to “to justice” about who is “more” or “less” guilty of the created situation. What you see is terrible. The explanations and accusations made by the anti-Albanian services are being distributed by people who acted for decades in the same organizational structures. My purpose is not to argue with any of them, because this hysteria of slander has been through an individual. So I'm not mentioning your names. But, as one popular saying puts it, «In Bektesh's thigh, you know»!

There is no greater shame in the slander of a former Deputy Technical Director of one of France's Secret Services (Foreign Services) spreading to Albanian media with bombistic titles that allegedly “according to former French service chief Pierre Simari, Hashim Thaci is an agent of France!” Disgrace is even greater when the same disinformation distributes the people we've been working with.

If the truth about these “looks”, each would have been able to convince that there is no chief of the French Service behind Pierre Syrami but it's the nickname of Maurice Dufresne, a former deputy director T ECNIC, retired for “health issues” and published a book against which several defamation charges were filed.

If the truth had been interested in them before they published heavy slander, they would have been convinced that in Pierre Simari's book “Pierre Simari, 25 years in secret services” on 793 pages distributed free via the internet (http://data.over-blog-kiwi.com/94/20140225/bo 8bd82 25-ana-s-san-sle-services-cretrets-pes.com/94/2014/20140225/2525/ so!

To whom does it go so that by the time the Special Court is expected to introduce such knives in order for the dyvergities of our former friends to become hostile? Since some former collaborators have been publicly directed to me through their Facebook accounts to give my opinion about “interpretations” that allegedly “Hashim Thaci is a French spy” I see fit to express myself publicly on this issue.

During joint diplomatic activity with Hashim Thaci (as political representatives of the KLA, within the Kosovo Interim Government and within the PDK) Hashim Thaci has testified to a continuing consistency in attitudes. In the hundreds of meetings we have had with representatives of different political and international state levels, Hashim Thaci has defended the position that Kosovo's independence was the only possible solution that would ensure stability in the Western Balkans; In all the post-war meetings, Hashim Thaci insisted on the immediate release of all Albanians who were taken hostage by the Milosevic regime and, among them, at each meeting has mentioned Albin Kurti and Nahit Hasani. In all diplomatic meetings Hashim Thaci insisted on the necessity of international pressures for lighting up the fate of those who were considered missing and in this context did not allow it without mentioning the case of politicologist Uksin Hoti and the renowned Xavit Haziri...

To me it is clear that behind Pierre Simari and all those who do the above-mentioned propaganda is Serbia. All of our interactions are addressed with advice: the eventual dynamics we may have among us should not blind us to that degree of silence before slander, which we are deeply convinced are invented by the antiAlbanian secret services.

It is the right of each of us to have our own opinion on what president the country needs. Someone could have been reasonable for Hashim Thaci to be elected to this post in line with the agreement. The PDK-LDK; someone could like to instead be Isa Mustafa, in line with the VLAN's initial agreement, and someone else could like a third. This is a question of views and positions in the political race.

But, we all know that Hashim Thaci is not a spy, neither of France nor of any other state, as we know that propaganda against Hashim Thaci's father, grandfather and great grandfather is fabricated propaganda in Belgrade, precisely because of the activity Hashim Thaci has conducted against Serbia during the liberation war, during the process of determining Kosovo's final status, in declaring Kosovo independence...

The Serbian Secret Service propaganda has flooded Kosovo. If someone unconsciously has fallen into the trap of this propaganda is the moment to withdraw, because this hysterical campaign does not only harm Hashim Thaci, but Kosovo in the first place. And those who knowingly distribute this propaganda, I am fully aware that they will continue their master-dictated Avaz! And I will say to them: "Fash!
