The European Commission has made its recommendations for the first half of August, and these recommendations are good, as it does not recommend opening borders with Western Balkan countries.
As for opening borders, the news is not good.
That is how journalist Bahri Cani, who has stressed that Austria has imposed stricter rules than Germany and many other countries, has revealed through a video message.
“Austria has strongly warned its citizens not to travel to the Western Balkan countries either in Kosovo, Albania, Serbia, Northern Macedonia, Montenegro and Bosnia, Hercegovaina. All these countries are listed as endangered places on the list of Austria”.
Cani has stressed that Austria has limited the movement for citizens of some European Union countries, as they are: Bulgaria, Portugal, Romania and Sweden.
The “Persons coming from third countries in Austria, so even from the Western Balkan countries, must be tested as negative as is not older than 72 hours and released in a certified” country.
You should enter the 10-day centiary, the test could take place in Austria within 48 hours, after entering Austria's territory, but you must pay for it yourself in contrast with Germany, which has introduced free tests. Until the negative result comes, you must remain in quarantine”.
The Tesses can also take place at Vienna Airport, but you have to call in first and you have to pay the test yourself. The results are almost within three hours, thus said in the report by Austria's authorities”, Cani says.
