Rita was born on November 26, 1990, by faithful parents and Vera Sahatciu.

Rita was born in Kosovo, from two parents of Albanian descent.

She spent the first year of her life in a small settlement in Kosovo before her parents left the noisy persecution of war and Serbian genocide.

Kosovo was then part of Yugoslavia, and brutal dictator Slobodan Milosevic was beginning his crackdown on ethnic Albanians as Rita's family.

To escape this, the family left for the united Kingdom when she was one.

In April 2020, Rita was exposed to the subject of the “struggle against persecution” after her family joined millions of other Albanians who survived the country during a decade-long war.
