Serbian President Aleksandar Vuciq has accused the United States and other Western countries of arming Serbia's neighbours, who are members of NATO and Kosovo.
“American, Turkish and German care for their beloved child,” said Vuciq, alluding to Kosovo.
He said Washington had recently delivered armoured vehicles to the Kosovo Security Force.
Vuciq said some initiatives have already been launched to strengthen the Serbian air force, especially in bomber computers.
He said he would strengthen air defence capacity.
Serbia recently received a sophisticated anti-missile system from Russia, which also provided military aircraft and helicopters and armoured vehicles.
Meanwhile, China has supplied fears for Serbia.
American officials have spoken out in the past about imposing sanctions on Serbia if Moscow continues to send weapons to the country, especially what could jeopardise the security of neighbouring NATO members.
