Christopher Aurier, 26, died in hospital after being shot into the belly outside a nightclub in Toulouse, France, in the early hours of Monday.

The French daily La Depeche reported that a fight over a girl may have led to a gun shooting.
Christopher Aurier had been a footballer himself, even at his early age was seen as more promising talent than his brother Serge, who is a year older. The two of them were at the Lance Club academy.
But while Serge went on to play for Paris Saint-Germainin and Ivory Coast before moving to Tottenham in Premierliga in 2017, Christopher couldn't find a seat at some elite club and this season had been playing for the fifth-level football club in Spain, Toulouse Rodeo.
