Vilson Imeraj from Tropoja allegedly stabbed three members of the Mujaj family by Whitehaqi on Tuesday morning.
The court has assigned him today the 30-day detention measure, according to prosecutor Ukaj.
“Today it is held hearings where the 30-day detention measure for the suspect” is scheduled, Uka said.
Imeraj is suspected of killing the family head Ndue Mulay, who died of his wounds.
Also injured are the victim's wife and son.
23-year-old Mark Mulay, who was in danger of life, is being treated at the University Clinical Centre in Pristina.
Within two days, he is expected to be interviewed regarding the tragedy that took place in his family.

“Motives still don't know, because we're waiting to interview the guy who's lying on KKUK. He has been in critical condition for life, but his family is now in a better position. I have authorized the police to interview him within two days at KKUK, where he is handling”, Uka said.
Crime in the Mulay family occurred at midnight Tuesday.
Suspect Vilson Imeraj of Tropoja was staying a guest in the Mulay family, who was a grandson of the lady of the house.
He had come from Albania to Kosovo about three days before the tragic event.
All this heavy work, Imeraj was suspected to have accomplished by 3: 00 a.m. when the whole family was asleep.
