Kosovo Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti has said that quarantine measures have not been imposed in the north, despite the fact that municipal headquarters in the north reported yesterday.
At a news conference, Hoti has said that no one can impose quarantine measures without the Government of Kosovo making decisions.
The north “applies only to Kosovo law, no other law. We as governments will make decisions if there is a need for restrictions on movement. Kosovo institutions, the Kosovo police, respect only decisions coming out of the Kosovo Government, no other” ruling, Hoti has said.
