Eight people are detained over the Halloween murder case in Lipjan

The founding prosecutor in Pristina, on the orders of the caretaker prosecutor, has detained eight people involved today in the Big Hallac murder case in Lipjan.

According to the prosecution, one of the suspects has been detained on suspicion of committing criminal acts “severe attempted murder”, and “retaining unauthorized possession or possession of weapons”, a person suspected of criminal acts “homicide at attempted”, and “retaining control, or unauthorized possession of weapons”, four persons suspected of acts of criminal acts <x> <x>, “and <10> taking revenge> to be beaten into two types of persons, as suspects, and two persons as suspects for the criminal work “Taking part in beating”

The prosecution explains that the case took place today around 7: 00 a.m. in the village of the Big Hallaqi of the Lipjan municipality, after a gunfight, as a result of a dispute between two families, a person has died, unable to survive the gunshot wounds, while another five persons have suffered bodily injuries and have been sent to the University Clinical Centre of Kosovo for treatment.

The supervisor of the Randa Crime Department, along with the Kosovo Police, is taking all necessary investigative actions for the full white-enforcement of the case in question. Also, the State Attorney has issued an obduskio warrant for the lifeless body”, it says.
