Unnai Emery has been named Willarrel coach in a three-year contract.
The Spanish coach of Seville and Valencias has been without commitment after leaving the manager's post in Arsenal in November.
Former Vilarreal coach Javier Calleya left office last week after the team ended up in fifth position in La League, securing the qualifications for the next edition of Europe League.
