Still nothing official has to buy the operator IPKO from Serbia's Telecom. So said the board member of the Regulatory Authority of Electronic and Postal Communications(ARKEP), Albania Pula during reporting to the Parliamentary Commission for Economy and Trade.
While stressing that a negotiation process between Slovenia's Telekom and Serbia's has been reported by the media and has not taken an official step in this direction.
However, the board received considerable criticism from MPs that it has made no action so far ARKEP. MPs say they will stop the sale of IPKO to Serbia's Telekom as a assembly, as they say it violates national security.
The state or its institutions have the right to attend the Slovenian state around this subject, as long as we as Authorities have not received anything officially. So we're not dealing with this. We've only been dealing with what was circulated in the media, but officially we haven't accepted a letter from even Slovenian authorities. IPKO. As soon as it gets late or doesn't, of course it does, so it's the responsibilities shared in this state”, Pula stressed.
Kosovo Assembly Vice President Arberije Nagavci has asked the board ARKEP will know what the actions of this institution will be after that meeting with the prime minister and the ministers of the line.
She has also said if national security is threatened, laws and regulations are brought down.
So what are the actions after that meeting you had with the prime minister and what are your actions and the executive. Citing the ARKEP's adopted preliminary decision cannot be processed further. Have you ever been more pro-active, because it mentions certain laws that are very important to respect, but the issue of national security exceeds laws and regulations and is each of the institutions' constitutional obligation”, she said.
ARKEP board member Albania Pula stressed that they have taken action to implement the legal base, but was unable to respond more vice president Nagavci.
Commission member Memli Krasniqi has also accused the board of ARKEPs, which has taken no step to prevent the sale of IPKO to Serbia, which is a serious threat to the country.
Krasniqi from PDK has blamed The ARKEP that has not yet invited the IPKO to report on this process, adding that the “you and your son are quick to vote for the sale of Serbia's IPKO. You even vote for me, we have to abolish that” decision.
The problem is that we have to end this process. We stop the end. Serbia's Telekom to buy out IPKO in Kosovo, I know they do too. I'm pretty sure Slovenia's Telekom also knows the issue. Remove not me This doesn't happen. The problem we have with your responsibilities is what you've undertaken since the day you know. I am scandalized, but this is your fault that you are officially informed by the Slovenian state's IPKO. You have report with
IPKO, absolutely surprised by the IPKO... you can't reason on any way you've had information from the media like us and you haven't taken a single step with a guest. IPKO”, Krasniqi stressed.
On the other side of the parliamentary Commission for Economics' first deputy chairman, Zoran Mojsilovic of the Serbian list has said no one has office records for Serbia's interest or Telekom negotiations for the purchase of IPKO.
Meanwhile, these discussions by colleagues and their deputy have been called political.
The MP from the Serbian List has asked the board in this report whether Telekom Serbia is only in the race for IPKO.
I understand these discussions are political, but I care if Serbia's Telekom is the only bidder in this tender. We discuss non-official information, but the procedures are said to be in the second phase of this” tender, Mojsilovic stressed.
ARKEP board member Haziri Hajdari has responded to the MP in question that Serbian Telekom in its bid has offered 155m euros for the purchase of IPKO and is the most serious operator, always these information ARKEP has only been circulated in the media.
