Thaci writes:
Professor Nusret Plana introduced me to the Memorial project for 1432 Kosovo children killed by Serbian police and military forces in 1981-1999. None of the executioners of these Serbian state crimes has yet been brought to local justice, nor before international justice. Without the punishment of Serbian criminals and without justice for the victims of those crimes, neither does the pain of war wounds heal. HTH
