The meeting discussed new measures, taken by the Government of Kosovo, for preventing the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic, in which gastronomy is also affected.
Minister Krasniqi announced to those present that he has created an interior body at the ministry to address business complaints, which will help clarify business uncertainties regarding new measures, and at the same time these complaints will be addressed to the prime minister's office.
Kosovo's Economic Ode Chairman Berat Rukiqi said it is important to clarify once again the new measures for gastronomy bars related to the “Delivery” and “Take-away”, as well as the issue of allowing work for open swimming pools.
For their part, representatives of gastronomy businesses demanded the punishment of locals, which do not respect measures against the CCVID-19 pandemic, and expressed concern about how much these businesses will be subsidised under the package for economic recovery.
