The technology firm “Fuititsu” has said it will halve space at its headquarters in Japan, while adapting to the new “” of the coronary pandemic, the BBC writes.
The firm says the “Work Life Shift” programme will provide unprecedented flexibility for its 80 thousand workers in Japan.
The staff will be able to work on flexible schedules, and home work will be standard whenever possible.
In May the social networking platform “Titter” took a similar step.
“We will present a new way of working that promises more empowerment, productivity and creative experience for workers, with which to promote innovation and offer new values to consumers and society”, is said by the company.
