Clubs and restaurants were allowed to host clients in England on July 4th, a day that was called Super-Saturday by British media amid concerns about social distance and free behaviour. Customers all over the country were asked for the phone number before they could enter, so that contacts could be helped if someone were to result in infection.
Now, at least three clubs have been closed again after several customers resulted in positive results for Covid-19.
Prime Minister Boris Johnson appealed to all those who consume alcohol to act responsibly, but weekend images showed large crowds outside the pub without social distance and with only a few people wearing protective masks.
And the police came to the conclusion that there was no chance that the drunks would keep their social distance.
