Fair Play Financial Loan has taken the last shot?
In the last decade, City has been the dominant force in English football, but this club has recorded little more important results than this, reports “BBC”, report Periscope.
The two-year grace in transfers would have been disastrous for the club's finances, the chance to keep the best players and, above all, reputations.
However, City can breathe freely again, after the Court of Arbitrazhi Sportiv (CAS) ruled in its favour.
That raises the question, does Fair Financial Play die with this act?
It should be noted that the language the CAS uses is very specific. UEFA argued that the CAS did not find “enough concludite evidence to keep the organisation's decision in life, not that “did not have evidence”.
And some of the charges were ignored because they were older than five years.
Now, important figures inside UEFA think that City's successful appeal has opened the door to “cdoll to do whatever it wants”, adds further “BBC” /Periscope. com/
