Deputy Prime Minister Balaj-Halim condemns murder of woman in Kamenica

Kosovo government Deputy Prime Minister Albuelna Balaj-Halimaj has reacted to the murder of a woman by her husband in Kamenica. It through a script on “Facebook” has condemned this act and expressed deep regret over the case.

There can be no reason to practice domestic violence and much more murder. So such acts are unacceptable and have no place in our society”, it has written, among other things. Balaj- Halimaj has expressed his most sincere condolences by saying that they agree with their pain.

I strongly condemn and express deep regret over the murder of a 34-year-old woman by her husband in Camenica. No reason can there be to practice domestic violence, much more murder.

Hence, such acts are unacceptable and have no place in our society. I call on justice bodies to do everything possible so that such cases will never be repeated. The family of the deceased expresses its heartfelt condolences and echoes their pain.
