Bujar Bukoshi: Who thinks that using the Special Court, it can dictate politics in Kosovo, harms both justice and politics

Former Kosovo Prime Minister Bujar Bukoshi has reacted after announcing the surrender of charges against several former directors KLA. Bukoshi has stressed in the statement, the fact that Special Court is being used to dictate daily policy in Kosovo and this can harm both justice and politics.

He emphasises that bringing in first-hand responsibility during the war and post-war, incriminating the entire chain of Albanian resistance, means losing the sense of justice for what happened in the Kosovo.

“Trying to criminalise war, as one of the main tools of freedom Kosovo, is attempt to break the legitimacy of freedom Kosovo.

To put in first place no responsibility taken at war and post-war, by incriminating the entire chain of Albanian resistance, is to lose the sense of justice for what happened in the Kosovo.

On Kosovo failed the justice imported from the West on behalf of the rule of law, and will also fail the justice exported to the west, on behalf of punishing Albanians.

KLA and its leaders can't become food today for day politics in Kosovo, Serbia, but also in the West.
