The first of Lipjan addressed citizens with a sensitive message, with the aim of preventing spread of pandemic.
“I am satisfied with the current respect of measures by Lipjan citizens, however, cannot remain Lipjan immune to this virus throughout Kosovo. In recent days it is quite disturbing to spread pandemic in our municipality, so we have undertaken a sensationalised campaign and a series of measures with which we intend to limit the spread of this pandemic”, he said.
According to him, the municipality he leads is in charge of duty 24 hours.
“Communa along with local institutions and emergency staff is active 24 hours to be in management service. We're in constant coordination and we're trying to manage the situation... Currently, with Avid-19 in our municipality active over 118 perona, the number has increased last week and the trend is growing, so we appeal to citizens to take it more seriously in order to prevent this” phenomenon, he said.
The mayor of Lipjan today has distributed free masks to citizens.
