He has attacked Cakayan for supporting “exchange of territories” even though he actually helped Albanians in Presevo and Serbian towns and villages in Serbia become together and achieve better election results in last Sunday's elections.
Hoxha attacked Cakay but did not support his claims.
He further insults Mr. Cakay, saying it helped “the same project”, which was the “rhea of the government Kurti”.
In fact, the Kurti Government had dropped from a no-confidence motion carried out successfully on March 25th and initiated by the Democratic League of Kosovo, writes Periscopi.

Gent Cakaj explained to us that it is not in the plan to exchange territories. So he told us that there is no longer any reason to be an assistant to the foreign minister. So Gent Cakaj is too much. Just as the Constitutionor or the president of Kosovo himself.
The bad news is that there are many institutions that weigh this nation's body heavily.
