Kosovo Assembly Speaker Vjosa Osmani has refused to invite the country's President Hashim Thaci to today's session where the LDK-AAK-Nisma coalition government with Avdullah Hotin prime minister will be voted.
That's how he let Periscope know a source within the head of the Parliament.
“The mayor has refused to extend an invitation to President Thaci to be present at today's” session, the source said.
In the past in the first moments the hearing for government voting has been scheduled, the official invitation has always been extended to the country's president, who as head of state of particular interest is present during the session.
The new Kosovo government is expected to be voted today at the session, to be held at 11:00. Coalition parties LDK-AAK and the Initiative have indicated they have votes for the new government.
Avdullah Hoti will be the country's prime minister following the recent motion of no confidence in Albin Kurti's government. /Periscopi/
