Parliament Speaker Vjosa Osmani has remembered the 142nd anniversary of the Albanian League of Prizren.
According to her, Albanians are not immigrants, but early residents of this country. “ ... we've been free and independent a few centuries ago and we can rightly claim to create a State”, it wrote.
Osmani has declared that Albanians have two ailing states. “The endangered state projects re-actualize the League's demands for mobilization for the nation's” state, she has declared.
“at a time when the risk of fragmenting the territory is eulogetic, only the unique stance makes Kosovo inconsistent. So we need a new League for the state of Kosovo, so that tomorrow this country will be a safe haven where all citizens indiscriminately live, Osmani wrote.

Two Events and a History
The patriotic call of the first Prizren League of 142 years is again a call and an invitation to national re-registering.
“We, Albanians, are not immigrants, but the early residents of this country; we have been free and independent several centuries ago and we can claim with full word the right to create a State”.
Today, Albanians have two ailing states. The endangered state projects reactualize the Union's demands for mobilization for the nation's state.
The League's demands re-actualise the need for social cohesion and unity towards the developments facing the state of Kosovo. At a time when the risk of fragmenting the territory is euvenal, only the unique stance makes Kosovo untenable. So we need a new League for the state of Kosovo, so that tomorrow this country will be a safe haven where all citizens live dignifiedly.
21 years ago, Secretary General NATO, Javier Solana, ordered halting bombings on the limits of the Yugoslav Army and Serbian police following Milosevic's surrender, while the UN Security Council, on the same day, approved sending KFOR soldiers from 36 states. Today Kosovo is free thanks to the aid of states that stood by its side and the sacrifice of its people. Part of these NATO soldiers today are still guaranteed security for our country. We thank each of them indefinitely for the contribution of our country being free.
21 years later, the dream of freedom has taken meaning, but the dream of the rule of law continues. So today, the need to strengthen the state through the rule of law is imperative!
Freedom is universal, as the need for the national emergency state!
