Also, the head of the NATO Office in Belgrade, Tomazo Vitale, stressed that the Alliance supports the EU-brokered dialogue, stating that KFOR soldiers in Kosovo operate under a clear mandate of the UN and Resolution 1244, which, as he stressed, guarantees freedom of movement and security on the territory of Kosovo.
“NATO was and will be fully committed to carrying out its tasks under the clear mandate of UN and Resolution 1244”, Vitale said in online discussion “Strengthening ties between Serbia and NATO” organised by the Atlantic Council of Serbia.
