Albania's Osijek and national bloodbath, which played 62 minutes during last evening's match against Rijeka, has punched Antonio Colak of Rijeka at the end of the match.
On the website of the Grezda Osijek club, the attacker Colak has offended him in personal and national feelings during the meeting, which was too hot for 90 minutes.
I am very sorry to find myself in the center of media attention, especially for the context of everything that happened before and during the match with Rijeka. All of us were disappointed by the fact that sportsmen were injured during the meeting and were denied victory, which we were close to. It is not easy for us to endure injustice in the field and remain calm, especially when someone offends us”, Grezda said.
When it comes to serious personal and national insults, either as a human or as a sportsman, I am very sensitive. All of this happened not only during the match but also after it. I was standing in front of my team's bus and rival Colak was passing by in a provocative way. I've faced his provocations throughout the match. I live in Croatia for many years. I fulfill my duties as a citizen and pay my taxes, I don't deserve anyone to offend me for national feelings. I will take all legal steps to defend myself and my honour”, Albania's representative said after the event happened.
The media in Serbia, where the medium “Telegraph.rs” at the outset of the article for Albanian footballer from Kosovo writes:
A Kosovo Albanian who beat up a Croatian football player said: He insulted me on the national basis”
