The scenes outside of England were absolutely epic after Liverpool won the title

Waiting for 30 years of “Red” ended on Thursday evening, after Manchester City was defeated by Chelsea, the Periscope broadcast.

As you can imagine, each one of Liverpool's fans and Jurgen Klopp were ecstatic after their triumph was confirmed.

Social networking images soon showed Liverpool players' response, as Willian gave the second advantage to Chelsea.

But out of “Anfield” started the real party.

Roads outside the famous stadium were transformed into red seas until fireworks lit up the sky.

Fans celebrated throughout the night and would not be a surprise if it continued for another few days. /Periscope. com/
