Barcelona was held with goalless tie in Ramon Sanchez Pizwan on Friday, thus allowing Real Madrid to match the Catalans by a victory against Real Sociedi on Sunday.
Real Madrid won that match and thus passed Barcelona to the head of the La League Table because of the superiority of the direct matches held between two clubs, the advantage that holds him in the leader's position even after midweek matches.
After the draw, Barcelona defender Pique said Barcelona would find it difficult to defend the title of the La League champion after saying that “would be difficult for Real Madrid to lose points” after seeing him from the first matches since the start of the season.
These Pique comments were taken as a suggestion that judges are favouring Real Madrid, whose claim Ramos has reacted to.
