With a confession of tears in the special edition in Kosovo, just 21 years after Kosovo's liberation from NATO forces, she has said there were mixed emotions at the time.
That is because she had enjoyed the news that the people of Kosovo are being saved, but on the other hand, she was waiting for the return of her family.
I've been to the brother's house when KFOR reportedly is entering, we're happy that the husband and boys are coming to meet them. Welcome to the rescue of the people of Kosovo, but we thought our boys were coming too because they said the hostages were also being released”.
In June 1999, we have expected our marriage mate and all the sons of Gjakova who were taken hostage, but they never came back. We've remained among four” walls.
Mother Ferdonija says her biggest expectations are to return the bodies of her husband and her two sons to their homeland to be buried according to tradition.
My biggest expectations are for my husband and two boys to find their bodies and return to their homeland and bury them as we have a Muslim Albanians. We expect institutions to work harder because they haven't worked enough in this direction”.
It has also indicated that on the 21st anniversary of Kosovo's liberation, none of the top state officials has visited it.
