Brooklyn Nets will now be without their five basketball players when the NBA resumes the 2019/20 season at Disney World in Florida in late July and they can be even without the sixth.
Kevin Durant, Kyrie Irving, Nic Clarkton and Wilson Chandler were the first four Nets members to be expelled for relaunching because of the injuries.
DeAndre Jordan is Brooklyn's last player to announce he will not participate in the re-launching of the season.
On Monday, the centre reported on Twitter that it tested positive for Coddy-19. As a result, Jordan “will not be in Ireland for the resumption of the” season.
According to Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN, “Nets plan to sign with a replacement for Jordan”, as they did with Chandler.
