Among the relief measures is the opening and allowing several flights. The negative test for Coronavirus has also been recommended.
However, Health Minister Andmend Zemaj has said this test is recommended, but it is not mandatory.
“You have recommended that citizens take the test, but it is not mandatory to enter only with evidence of test”, Zemaj said.
