The director for the administration of this municipality, Gezim Namani, himself conveyed it to the door.
Also reported in the case was the Kosovo Police who came and wanted to escort the citizen to the police station.
Instead of the event, there is the Minister of Health, Armend Zemaj, who was standing on a visit to Podujevo to sign an agreement to build an annex for this municipality's hospital.
The baby has the mask on the citizen himself.
