EU Special Representative for the Kosovo-Serbia Dialogue Miroslav Lajcak has told ambassadors of EU member states on Tuesday on the Policy and Security Committee that he would like to organise a meeting within the dialogue as soon as possible before this month's end.
This has become known for TIME from diplomatic sources in Brussels.
The same sources say he has indicated that the idea of exchanging territories should not be a result of dialogue, while many EU member states have also expressed opposition to that idea.
