Prime Minister Edi Rama will pay a two-day visit to Kosovo today.
The Albanian government chief will have meetings with heads of state and policy in Kosovo today and Tuesday.
Rama's visit comes at a delicate moment for Kosovo following charges filed by The Hague Special Prosecutor's Office to President Hashim Thaci, PDK leader Kadri Veselini, and several others for war crimes and crimes against humanity.
President Thaci announced tonight at 8:00 a speech to Kosovo citizens.
The indictment announcement came three days before the long-awaited meeting in Washington, where the resumption of the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue was expected, which led to the postponement for another moment.
