This unstable situation results from low - pressure atmospheric air measures and the presence of unstable clouds.
Minimum temperatures will move between 11-14 degrees Celsius, while maximums of the day are projected to move between 22-27 degrees Celsius.
The wind will blow from northwest and southeast at 1-11m/s speed, the Kosovo Hydrometeorological Institute reports.
