Indexline: NFF's Adam trying to avoid prison with health problems

Just today on June 18th, FFK Chairman Agim Ademi has had the deadline to appear at the Kosovo Correcting Service to serve a nine-month prison sentence. Ademi had been found guilty by two court steps after the same person had damaged a total of 30,000 euros or one [...]
Ademi had been convicted by two court degrees after the same person had damaged a total of 30,000 euros or a BMW X5 while trying to change status to a plot of land in order to carry out construction.
The Indescsonline portal teaches that Adam did not appear in prison and is apparently taking a last chance to avoid or postpone punishment.
Sources within the FFK disclose that the head of Kosovo's football house will exploit certain health problems as an incentive to delay the execution of the sentence.
This portal's editorial has contacted the Kosovo Correcting Service to ask him about the possibility that Ademi would avoid punishment.
“I inform you that the Law's provisions for the execution of criminal sanctions predict the possibility of postponing the execution of sentence, in the prayer of the condemned person and the established criteria for which the president of the competent Foundation Court sets out”, the SHKK has said on Indexline.
If the FFK leader has not been granted permission not to appear in prison, he will issue papers for him.
“According to Law provisions No.04/l-49 for the execution of criminal sanctions, the competent court orders the convicted person to be presented on the appointed day to the correct institution for holding prison sentences, or life imprisonment.”.
“The competent court informs the corrective institution of the date when the condemned person should appear in the institution and submit the decision to the form cut along with personal information for the condemned person who has been collected during the criminal procedure.”.
“The corrective institution informs the competent court of whether the convicted person has been put in detention, (The Competent Court is reported to all cases when the convicted person does not appear in detention on the given date) after the Court's announcement of failing to appear constable, the corrective institution puts the same on a waiting list for execution of the sentence”, the Kosovo Correcting Service has said.
As soon as the verdict was lifted, Agim Ademi had to resign from the post of head of the NFF, as the statute does not allow a condemned person to hold leadership in the Federation.
Ademi today was seen at a meeting with the son of Interior Minister Mr. Veliu Square.
