House arrest required against suspected person for granting more than 200,000 Euros

The Founding Prosecutor in Gjilan, the Department of Internal Crimes, has requested from the competent Court in Gjilan, the appointment of house arrest measures against suspects F.D., after allegedly guilty.

According to the prosecution, there is suspicion that the suspect, F.D., exploiting the difficult condition of the injured E.I., at various times of the same time, has given the same money, worth 226,000.00 euros, in order to then ask for 30% interest, with total value under the agreement the injured had to return the suspects was 29,800.00 euros.

The suspect, with the state prosecutor's decision, lies under the 48-hour ban.
