(6 years ago)The Foundation Court in Pec, the General Department, has appointed the measure of house arrest against four F.K. defendants, A.K., T.K., and L.R. With these actions the defendants allegedly committed a criminal offense against the official person, for which purpose of securing their presence in further procedure, they have been assigned home arrest measures for a month.
Against this decision the dissatisfied side has the right to complaint at the Court of Appeals.
