Health ministry shows who can be tested to get out of Kosovo

Numerous citizens have complained that across the borders of European states, the resulting negative test for Covid-19 is required, otherwise they are obliged to sign 14 days of quarantine.
In an answer to Metro JournalFrom the MSH say that people who are thinking of getting out of Kosovo, the test is only on those who are sick who receive treatment abroad and their associates, while not knowing about those who are thinking of travelling, but that they have no suspicious symptoms for Covid-19.
The “those entering Kosovo do not need testing in Ovidius, but only for a medical examination at the entry points.
For those who come out, tests are conducted for the sick persons who receive treatment outside or their associates”, it says in a written answer to the MSH.
They have then added that each state has its own policy about the pandemic and that everyone should respect the rules, regardless of which state it travels or lives in.
