A lawsuit requiring compensation of over $4 billion (U.S.) has been filed against Google, following claims that the technological giant illegally collected information during private search by users.

This appears to be on the Google Incognito module, which allows users to search the web in private form, writes Mirror, escorts Periscope.

Lawyers at the Boies Schiller Flexner claim Google has collected information on these private research sessions, even when individuals have followed Google recommendations to prevent tracking or collecting personal data and contacts.

While requested in the Incognito module, Google says your research history, whatever you open or any data you put in it is not preserved.

The indictment filed by Google claims that this company has used various methods, including Google Analytics, Google Ad Management and Google Sign-In to do illegal acts.

Google has denied these claims, and said it will defend itself.

If the indictment is won, then the $5 billion will be distributed among the users who have been violated, meaning a figure of nearly 5 thousand euros. /Periscope
