Confirms FIFA: This is when summer transfer window can be opened

FIFA has confirmed that it will allow the opening of the window before the end of the late 2019/20 season in order to help clubs during the coronary pandemic.

Thousands of players' contracts expire in June, leaving them officially free agents, despite the resumption of activities that began in May with Bundesliga, the news reads.

Thus, FIFA has offered clarity on the situation with new guidelines for both sides affected this summer, clarifying that the census of new players would be allowed before the end of the current season, as well as the transfer window could open before the end of this edition
