Confirmed: Tottenham is affected by the Coronavirus, but the name of the infected is not revealed

Tottenham's club confirmed on Wednesday that one of its members has proved positive with Coronavirus. It's the only case with COVID-19 out of the last 177 tests conducted by Premier League. If it's a footballer, the London team can risk the season restart.
Since Premier League started conducting massive tests for 20 clubs, out of about 4900 tested only 13 cases in total resulting from Coronavirus.
We have been informed by the Premier League that we have returned one possible test for COVID-19 following the literature round at our Training Centre
