The Albanian Football Federation has announced today that it has reached agreement with Armenia's counterpart federation for the development of a friendly match between the two nationals.
The FSHF's announcement reportedly is set to take place on October 7th this year in the Armenian capital, Yerevan, and is expected to be a test for the team led by Eddie Reya.
This will be done on the eve of two valid challenges for Nation League on October 10th and 13th, specifically towards Kazakhstan and Lithuania.
The Albanian and Armenian national have faced five more times in history, in official and friendly challenges, while the balance speaks in favour of the Reds that count three victories, one draw and one defeat.
We remember that the Reds haven't landed on the field to play since last year when the Euro 2020 preliminary season ended, after the planned guests in the first half of this year were canceled due to the pandemic.
