Even Vjosa Osmani believes the Constitution gives government formation rights and other parties

The Constitutional Court's decision to pave the way for Avdullah Hoti to become prime minister has been described as expected and impartial by most of our policy acts.

LDK, PDK, AAK, Initiative, A KR, the PSD has called this decision in accordance with the constitutional spirit, but on the other hand, Vetevendosje has described it as scandalous and unacceptable.

But if we put aside President Thaci's decree, what is Vjosa Osman's position?

In its comment sent to the Constitutional CourtPresident Thaci's decree, Vjosa Osmani, while Prime Minister Kurti had been much more general, citing other points, writes Periscopi.

In an interview in Pressing, she had even declared that her comment was not against her party, but against President Thaci.

Its position thus opposes the Vetevendosje Movement, as the candidate for prime minister believes that not only the first one is entitled to government formation.

That attitude had also been figured out in 2014 when it appeared since V. LAN gets the right to form Government, which has Ramush Haradinaj for mandate.

The current Constitutional Act had confirmed this, but it had stated that the party that came first in the election was entitled to the Parliament Speaker's proposal and was also entitled to the right to offer the first mandate in the set terms with the Constitution. This decision left him at the president's discretion on how he should act after the first time.

Osman, however, considers that the Hoti Government constitutes violations of pledges they had made prior to the 6 October elections. /Periscope
