Cortana will be removed from her permanent position in Tasbar so that you can move her anywhere like any other app. You can already create e-mail with Cortana saying command in English like “Send an email to” or “Show with emails from %s.”

Will past Windows 10 versions continue to be functional?
Microsoft will end its support for Windows 10 1809 for Home, Pro, Pro Education. And versions Pro Education and Pro Worksstate in November of this year. This update was launched for the first time in October 2018. Enterprise and Education Versions will receive support by May 2021.
You can continue to use this version of Windows 10, but the loss of support from Microsoft means no more security updates.
Will we be forced to switch to May 2020 version?
No. Microsoft recommends this update, but it is not binding only if you reach the end of support like Windows 10 1809. Even then, you can choose whether you will stay or not. To see what version you have installed, you must go to Setings > System > About and check on Windows Spaces where you find the edition and the number of version.
If you have your version 1903 launched in May of 2019 and you want to keep it, you can do it by December 2020 when the support is over. And if you have the 1909 version launched in November 2019 then you have until May 2021 to use it safely.
More for Windows 10
In a blog post, Panos Panay, chief executive of the Windows and Equipment Division, spoke of Windows 10X. The operating system launched at the end of 2019 is designed to work with two-screen equipment like Surface Neo, which is not yet available.
However, starting with the trends being implemented today, Microsoft decided to withdraw from the initiative by staying on the regular 2n1 laptops and equipment. Panay said Microsoft will focus on implementing Windows 10X for single-screen equipment.
