Thaci has said the death of young man from Gjilan should not remain enigmatic.
The president has also sought responsibility from institutions that have forwarded his situation and decided to submit to a mandatory quarantine.
“As the country's president, I request responsibility from the relevant institutions, which have conveyed the state of this young man and have decided that he is subject to mandatory quarantine at the Students Centre, not then being able to offer necessary and merit treatment.”, he wrote.
Thaci's complete writing:
The loss of the young man's life in Carantina, the Students Centre in Pristina, is extremely tragic. The loss of the life of this 26-year-old man from Gjilan has touched us all beyond, but this death can't be baffled.
I call on the investigative organs so that as soon as possible, they whitewash all the circumstances of this shocking death for all citizens at this time of pandemic.
As president of the country, I request responsibility from the relevant institutions that have conveyed this young man's situation and have decided that he is subject to mandatory quarantine at the Student Centre, being unable to provide needed and meritable care. HTH
