Thaci: Unlike the dismissed government, Venice Commission voices confidence for our court

The president has written that even this commission is expressing confidence in our court, while the government in office is not.

The Venice Commission rejected the Government's request for the interpretation of the Constitution, while the same issue is pending the Constitutional Court. Unlike the dismissed government, the Venice Commission expresses full trust and support for our court. At the same time, it expresses availability to co-operate with Kosovo authorities on other issues that are in their competence. Respecting the decisions and authority of the Constitutional Court is essential to the rule of law in Kosovo! HTH
